Living with HIV can affect many aspects of life beyond your physical health. Bridges provides support to help people:
- Reduce isolation and build connections
- Improve emotional wellbeing
- Access benefits, housing and other services
- Navigate challenges related to living with HIV
- Gain support from people with lived experience of HIV
Bridges offers holistic, non-judgemental support, including:
- Advice, advocacy and signposting
- Peer support and mentoring
- Counselling and therapeutic support
- Family support
- Welfare and benefits advice
- Support groups and community activities
- Specialist support for women, people of Black heritage, migrant communities, faith communities and LGBTQ+ people living with HIV
Positively UK
Positively UK delivers a range of HIV support services through the Bridges partnership, including:
- Welfare and benefits advice
- Bridges Women's Group
- Positive Journeys for migrant men who have sex with men

Africa Advocacy Foundation (AAF)
Africa Advocacy Foundation provides culturally competent services for people of Black heritage living with HIV, including:
- African peer support
- Counselling and therapeutic support
- Black peer support groups
- Dynamic Women's Group

Catholics for AIDS Prevention & Support (CAPS)
CAPS provides:
- Casework and advocacy
- Monthly support groups for gay men

Contact Bridges
Bridges welcomes referrals from individuals, healthcare professionals, community organisations and support services. Whether you have recently been diagnosed with HIV or have been living with HIV for many years, support is available.
