Ordering PrEP medication online allows Southwark residents to get what they need without attending a sexual health clinic. The service makes HIV prevention easier, faster and more convenient, especially for people who may face barriers such as stigma, work commitments or difficulty attending appointments. This is part of our commitment to reducing HIV transmission and improving access to HIV prevention.

Designed for primary care staff working in Lambeth, Lewisham, and Southwark, the training focuses on increasing confidence, knowledge, and cultural competence around HIV prevention, testing, and care, with an emphasis on reducing stigma and improving patient experience in everyday healthcare settings.

The Walworth Road Sexual and Reproductive Health Clinic, run by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (GSTT), will be temporarily closed from 3 January 2026. During this period, a range of local sexual and reproductive health services will remain available to you, including face-to-face appointments and online support, ensuring you can continue to access the care you need.
